From the Skye Bridge
From the Skye Bridge, continue 6 miles to the junction which indicates Armadale to the left. Turn left and continues on A851 for 10 miles and Toravaig House Hotel is on the left hand side of the road.
From the Armadale Ferry
From the Armadale Ferry terminal, continue on the A851 towards Broadford for 4 miles approx. Toravaig is on the right hand side well sign posted. Please visit the Calmac website for timetables should you wish to come via the Armadale Ferry.
By Car from Inverness
From Inverness it is a 2 hr 20 min drive from Inverness Airport which has direct flights from
London, Manchester, Birmingham, Dublin, Belfast and Amsterdam – Inverness Airport Destinations.
By Train from Inverness
You can also travel by train from Inverness to Kyle on one of the world’s most scenic routes.
Toravaig is just 25 minutes from Kyle station.

By Car from Glasgow and Edinburgh via Skye Bridge
It is a 4 hrs 30 mins drive from Glasgow Airport via Loch Lomond National Park, Glencoe Visitor Centre, Fort William Eilean Donan Castle.
It is a 4 hr 30 min drive from Edinburgh Airport via Perth, House of Bruar, Dalwhinnie Distillery and Eilean Donan Castle.
By Car via Fort William and then ferry from Mallaig to Armadale
Take the “Harry Potter” route and drive to Mallaig via spectacular Glen Finnan, then take the Calmac ferry to Armadale which is 10 minute drive from Toravaig.

By Train from Glasgow
For a more sustainable way to travel why not take the train from Glasgow to Mallaig via Fort William.
The journey from Fort William to Mallaig is where Harry Potter was filmed and it classed as one of the UKs most scenic rail journeys.
You can then take the boat to Armadale. Toravaig is just 10 minutes from the pier.
