From the Skye Bridge
Duisdale House Hotel
From the Skye Bridge, continue 6 miles to the junction which indicates Armadale to the left. Turn left and continues on A851 for 7 miles and Duisdale House Hotel is on the right hand side of the road.
From the Armadale Ferry terminal, continue on the A851 towards Broadford for approx.7 miles. Duisdale is on the left hand side well signposted. Please visit the Calmac website for timetables should you wish to come via the Armadale Ferry.
Toravaig House Hotel
From the Skye Bridge, continue 6 miles to the junction which indicates Armadale to the left. Turn left and continues on A851 for 10 miles and Toravaig House Hotel is on the left hand side of the road.
From the Armadale Ferry terminal, continue on the A851 towards Broadford for 4 miles approx. Toravaig is on the right hand side well signposted. Please visit the Calmac website for timetables should you wish to come via the Armadale Ferry.
Skeabost House Hotel
From the Skye Bridge, continue on the A87 and follow this road all the way to Portree. When you reach Portree look out for a road sign going to Uig where you see this sign turn off to the left. Drive through the village of Portree and when you come to the roundabout go straight over the roundabout. Continue to drive out of Portree when you will then come to some sharp bends in the road, just after the sharp bends in the road you will see a road sign for Dunvegan where you see this sign turn left. Continue for 2 miles on the A850 and you will see the first of the road signs on the left side of the road. After you see this sign you will be taking the next right and this will take you onto the drive way of the hotel.

By Car from Glasgow and Edinburgh via Skye Bridge
It is a 3.5 hour drive from Glasgow via Loch Lomond National Park, Glencoe Visitor Centre, Fort William Eilean Donan Castle.
It is a 4 hr 20 min drive from Edinburgh via Perth, House of Bruar, Dalwhinnie Distillery and Eilean Donan Castle.
By Car via Fort Willam and then ferry from Mallaig to Armadale
Take the “Harry Potter” route and drive to Mallaig via spectacular Glen Finnan, then take the Calmac ferry to Armadale which is 15 mins drive from Duisdale.

By Train from Glasgow
For a more sustainable way to travel why not take the train from Glasgow to Mallaig via Fort William.
The journey from Fort William to Mallaig is where Harry Potter was filmed and it classed as one of the UKs most scenic rail journeys.
