Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking terms

To make a reservation you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Accept these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of your party
    • Accept the responsibility of settling all outstanding balances when you leave

All our rates include VAT on the current rate at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice.

  2. Advance-purchase bookings

Our advance-purchase rate offers the best value for money, the main reason for this is that you will pay the full amount when you book and it is non-refundable. It cannot be exchanged for other dates, accommodation, goods or services. So, if you cancel you will still be charged. For this, we strongly recommend taking out holiday insurance.

  3. Flexible-package bookings

A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking, in order to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is required 21 days prior to your arrival via a secure paylink. If you have to cancel your reservation less than 21 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the booking is non-refundable – therefore guests may wish to consider holiday insurance.

This is the standard policy, however, please be advised that the flexible package bookings can carry varying cancellation policies/payment terms, therefore, please ensure that you read your confirmation clearly.

  4. Price Match Promise

Price Match Promise is valid for 24 hours after you have booked with us. The product on a third-party site must be identical to the product on our site (comparable room, arrival date, length of stay, number of people etc), as well as quoted in Pounds Sterling and inclusive of all taxes. We’re unable to offer price matching if you’ve used a discount code, if you’ve used or are purchasing a voucher, if you’ve used a log-in to access rates, or if a special rate is applicable when linked to another purchase. The product must be in stock and available to purchase and is non-transferable.

Price Match Promise applies to individual hotel bookings only. It is not applicable to dining, activities or other on-site facilities, nor is it available on group bookings contracted to over 3 rooms. This offer is subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. If you have pre-paid your reservation, any price match difference will be placed as a credit on your room account. No cash refund will be given.

  5. Special packages

In addition to these terms and conditions mentioned above, some special packages (e.g. Christmas and New Year etc) may have additional terms attached to them, these will be displayed at the time of booking, and they’ll form part of your contract.

Even if we have given you confirmation, we still have the right to refuse or change any booking. On the rare occasion that this might happen, we would notify you as soon as possible.

You would then have the choice to accept our changes, change your booking to another hotel we operate, change to an alternative date, (although we can’t guarantee that the price will be the same, and if it’s more, you’ll need to make up the difference) or you can cancel your booking.

If you do cancel because we have made a change, you’ll be refunded any money you have paid in advance of your stay, although we would not be liable for anything beyond that without written confirmation prior to cancelling.

What is included in your package?

Your package may contain several included items, such as breakfast, dinner. These will be detailed at the time of booking, and you’ll need to make a reservation for these items (apart from breakfast) so you can be sure to take full advantage of what is included. There is no refund for unused components of your package.
